Space Snakes is a 13+ general-audience game. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Data We Collect
When you sign in with Google, Apple, or a guest account, we use Firebase Authentication to create a player identifier. Cloud profiles may store your display name, player tag, selected avatar, selected snake species, country code, high score, levels, coins, Star Dust, boosters, battle pass progress, skill unlocks, daily missions, friends, friend requests, game invites, squad membership, match state, and notification token.
Ads
The iOS and Android apps use Google AdMob for banner and interstitial ads. Mobile ad requests are non-personalized, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or IDFA access. The web game is prepared to use Google AdSense H5 Games interstitials at completed-match navigation points, but web ads remain disabled until the required AdSense, H5 Games, and consent approvals are complete. When ads are active, Google may process device and interaction data to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads according to Google policies.
Notifications
On iOS and Android, if you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so the app can deliver friend request and game invite notifications. The web game does not register for push notifications; invitations and friend updates are received through the active game session while the page is open.
How Data Is Used
We use data to run core gameplay, cloud saves, multiplayer, leaderboards, friends, squads, support, abuse prevention, and advertising. We also record non-sensitive web ad readiness and result events, such as whether an eligible interstitial was viewed or unavailable. These events do not include ad content or player-entered text.
Sharing
We use Firebase, Google AdMob on mobile, and Google AdSense H5 Games on web when enabled. We do not sell personal information.
Deletion
You can delete your account and associated cloud gameplay data from the Profile screen in the app. You can also use the account deletion page for instructions.
